The DRIHM project is present at the First EXPO-Conference on the Protection of Critical Infrastructures (28-30 October, Genova) http://www.cpexpo.it/

The growing importance of critical infrastructures, their protection and the related Cyber Security protocols led to different approaches and continuous legislative changes worldwide. CPEXPO is the answer to the exigency of a new exhibition, which provides visibility and business opportunities to those industrial solutions and the newest innovation enabling communities to feel safe thanks to the protection of their critical infrastuctures. The themes of CPEXPO are organised in 5 vertical "topics": Utilities, Finance, Health, Logistics and Transportation, Environment and 2 overarching themes: Community Smart City, Cyber Security. The aims are:

  • to collect and present in an integrated context the best technologies to facilitate their comparison and acquisition;
  • to involve the top experts to discuss the state of the art, innovation and the most significant worldwide experiences;
  • to facilitate matching between companies interested in developing joint international business;
  • to create a bridge between the requirements, the needs to prevent crises and "Solutions";
  • to provide integrated "Solutions" strengthened by a set of services that extend beyond the event itself.

The DRIHM project will be presented in the Environment Risk Management session by Dr. Andrea Clematis with a talk on "The DRIHM infrastucture design and projects experience". In the stand of the S.I.I.T. ScpA, a DRIHM delegation will be present to disseminate projects results with posters, video and demo.
